AI81Works congratulates advisor Errol Norlum on his CAIO appointment with Advania Group

Stockholm, Sweden, October 1, 2026 – AI81Works LLC congratulates Errol Norlum, a member of its Technology Advisory Board, on his appointment as Chief AI Officer of Advania Group. Advania is one of Northern Europe’s leading technology partners, with around 5,000 employees and more than 30,000 customers across the Nordics, the UK and Ireland. In the new role, which took effect on October 1, 2026, Norlum joins Advania’s Group Executive Management team.
A Milestone for European AI Leadership
Norlum is one of Sweden’s most recognised AI leaders. He founded The AI Framework, the specialist AI company that Advania acquired in 2025, and has since led Advania’s AI organisation in Sweden, its largest market. Earlier, as Head of AI at H&M Group, he built an AI organisation of more than 200 specialists and embedded AI into the retailer’s core business.
As Chief AI Officer, he will own the commercial strategy and direction of Advania’s AI offering. That remit includes Advania ALT, the Group’s sovereign AI platform, and its wider Data and AI practice across all markets.
